All test, uroflowmetry ultrasound investigation determine volume residual urine. UDI-6, ICIQ-SF, PISQ-12 questionnaires filled out assess subjective efficiency. Results. In group, 28% needed increase prosthesis. Due tightening period, operation was ineffective at delayed follow-up stage 36 months only 11% women TTT 32% LTT p<0.001. Loosening required every fourth patient group. Signs obstructive urination persisted 13 TOT completely absent Subjective satisfaction higher amounted 82%. Conclusion. mid-urethral tuneable tape superior classic capability long-term efficacy safety.
